About the role
A regional, full-service firm in Portland, OR is seeking a mid-level or senior plaintiffs' attorney specializing in employment and civil rights litigation. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established book and work alongside a nationally recognized outgoing partner. In this role, you will advocate for clients on various matters, including discrimination, fair housing, and more.
This billable target for this role is under 1700, with a lucrative bonus structure, and path to partnership.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000+. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage with 100% employer-paid premiums; flexible paid time off; plus sick leave and holidays; parking or public transit reimbursement; phone reimbursement for attorneys; and participation in a 401(k) with 4% match after 1 year.

Qualifications:
- Active attorney license in Oregon.
- 5+ years of experience in employment litigation, civil rights litigation, or closely related matters.
- Experience handling plaintiff-side or defense-side employment matters.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently and work effectively with clients and colleagues.
