■Main duties

Proactive employee relationship building:

Serve as a neutral and trusted resource for employees and managers regarding workplace issues, harassment, and concerns.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints, issues, and policy violations, and apply fair and consistent policies.

Advise management on best practices in employee relations, compliance, and building a positive work environment.

Strategic Internal Communications:

Develop and implement an organization-wide internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives.

Manage various communication channels such as intranets, town halls, and email to disseminate unified, timely, and relevant information.

Requirements ■必須
- 7年以上のEmployee Relationsまたは人事領域における実務経験
- ３年以上のピープルマネジメント経験
- Employee Relations Managerとしての実務経験
- 多国籍・多文化環境での勤務経験
- 日本の労働法、労務管理、および関連法令に関する知識
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

- HRデータや各種人事指標の分析経験
- 従業員対応、労務案件調査、紛争解決の実務経験
- Employee Relations戦略や施策の企画・導入経験
- 中国語スキル
