About the role
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, concerns, and grievances.
Support and guide managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and employee rights.
Conduct thorough and confidential investigations into employee complaints and incidents.
Participate in the design of the grading structure through the evaluation of unique jobs across the organization.
Participate in the design and development of the rewards strategy and compensation and benefits structure to attract the right skill sets and retain high-caliber staff.
Prepare reports and documentation related to investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy violations.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts through mediation and communication strategies.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.
Monitor workplace morale and identify trends that may require proactive intervention.
Assist with disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
Collaborate with other HR team members in implementing training, wellness, and culture-building programs.
Support the implementation of performance management frameworks, processes, and plans, and ensure compliance across all functions.
Develop and maintain the HR database, ensuring employee-related information is updated, including attendance, personnel records, job rotations, career progression history, and training details, to streamline HR processes and procedures.
Participate in the implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives aimed at building a healthy workplace environment and promoting a positive organizational culture.
