Managing a team of Employee Relations specialists and providing high-level support, coaching, and advice to line managers, HR People Partners, and senior leaders is the core of this role. The Employee Relations Manager will drive employee relations initiatives such as policy framework, governance and compliance, complex case management and investigations, change management, and consultation. You will also provide leadership and coaching to the P&C ER team, supporting their development and creating a strong culture of collaboration, service delivery, and best practice outcomes.
