THE TEAM

The Talent & Culture team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating meaningful associate experiences while ensuring compliance with local regulations and employment requirements. Working closely with the Emiratization & Government Relations Manager, the team partners with associates, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to support government relations, Emiratization initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Together, they help create a seamless associate journey while contributing to Rosewood Abu Dhabi's commitment to people, community, and sustainable growth.

YOUR ROLE

As the Emiratization & Government Relations Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the hotel's compliance with UAE regulations and government requirements while advancing Emiratization initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between Rosewood Abu Dhabi, government entities, and associates, you will coordinate visa and immigration processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and support Emirati talent programs. Through your attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills, you will contribute to operational excellence, associate satisfaction, and the successful achievement of the hotel's Emiratization objectives.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Coordinate government-related transactions with authorities including ADGM, ICP, GDRFA, Abu Dhabi Police, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Manage employment visas, work permits, Emirates ID applications, renewals, cancellations, and status amendments while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation and administration of Emiratization initiatives, programs, and government-supported employment schemes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Emirati associates, providing guidance on documentation, onboarding requirements, and government programs.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports relating to visa status, government transactions, Emiratization metrics, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities and service providers to resolve issues and facilitate timely completion of transactions.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • You possess strong knowledge of UAE immigration procedures, government regulations, visa processing requirements, and employment-related government services.
  • You are experienced in working with government e-service platforms such as MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, UAE Pass, and related systems.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
  • You build positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate confidently with associates, government representatives, and service providers.
  • You handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • You are comfortable preparing reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You are fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
