Role: Registered Nurse, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient pain, perform procedures, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate requests to ensure exceptional care.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications for self-management.
- Advocate for patients, uphold standards of practice, and support positive clinical outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- Current state licensure as a registered nurse or active compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days.
