The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care to promote positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver personalized nursing care.
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring patient responses to interventions and adjusting care as needed.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
