Buscamos ingenieros/as mecánicos para dar soporte técnico y capacitación a nuestros clientes en la región EMEA en productos 3D y en implementación de estos en los clientes.
La posición requiere hablar inglés y francés con fluidez y disponibilidad para viajar. Es una posición presencial en Sant Cugat, integrada en el hub técnico, con colaboración directa con equipos clave a nivel global en un entorno cercano y altamente colaborativo.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar servicios de implementación y capacitación de manera remota o en las instalaciones de los clientes.
- Resolver intervenciones técnicas durante la implementación en el sitio.
- Colaborar con el equipo de soporte de nivel 3 proporcionando información adicional sobre los clientes.
- Documentar procesos y herramientas utilizados para futuras referencias.
Requisitos:
- Dominio fluido de inglés, francés y español.
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y capacitación.
- Conocimientos básicos de software 3D y diseño en CAD.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
