Role & responsibilities
- Drive architecture and technical decisions for multiple embedded products.
- Lead end-to-end development of industrial embedded solutions (Hardware + Firmware + Validation).
- Define system architecture for connected and intelligent products.
- Work on Edge AI, Wireless Connectivity, and Industrial Communication technologies.
- Guide cross-functional engineering teams and ensure successful product delivery.
- Engage with customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams for technical discussions and roadmap planning.
- Review designs, mitigate technical risks, and ensure product quality.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8-18+ years of Embedded Systems Design experience.
- Experience as Technical Architect/Technical Lead in industrial product development.
- End-to-end product development experience (HW, FW, Testing, Validation).
- Embedded platforms and Edge AI.
- Connectivity protocols: BLE, WiFi, MQTT, OPC UA.
- Strong system architecture and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling multiple product development programs.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
