About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a System Engineer / Feature Owner responsible for end-to-end ownership of EV Charging Gateway features throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will analyze customer requirements, define system functionality, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, and support testing, calibration, and customer deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Own EV Charging Gateway features from concept to production.
- Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Define feature functionality and system parameters.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate software, hardware, validation, and supplier teams.
- Support feature integration, calibration, and vehicle testing.
- Analyze feature performance during test drives.
- Participate in technical reviews and project meetings.
- Collaborate closely with software and test engineers.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical topics.
- Ensure project quality, timing, and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications:
- MSc in Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in System Engineering or Feature Ownership.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Understanding of automotive electronics.
- Experience with requirements analysis.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Willingness to travel.

- CAN/CAN FD.
- Automotive Ethernet.
- Python.
- Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
- ADAS.
- Calibration or validation experience.
- Automotive standards (ASPICE).
- Experience with Vector tools (CANoe/CANalyzer).
