We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Validation & Test Automation Engineer with experience in firmware testing, hardware interaction, protocol validation, and C# test automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test solutions for embedded systems, performing system-level validation, and troubleshooting hardware-software integration issues.
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for firmware and embedded systems.
- Develop C# scripts to control and interact with hardware devices and instruments.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing.
- Simulate real-world operating conditions, power variations, resets, and fault scenarios.
- Analyze logs, communication traces, and test reports.
- Work with programmable instruments, power supplies, and measurement equipment.
- Debug failures and collaborate with firmware and hardware teams.
- Support test automation framework development and maintenance.
