We are seeking an experienced Embedded Driver Development Engineer with strong expertise in Linux/Windows Device Driver Development, C/C++, BSP, and Hardware Interface Programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, porting, and validating device drivers while enabling cross-platform portability through standardized Driver Abstraction Layer (DAL/HAL) frameworks.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Linux and Windows device drivers.
- Migrate proprietary driver frameworks to DAL/HAL architecture.
- Design and implement standardized APIs for driver portability.
- Perform board bring-up and hardware enablement activities.
- Debug and resolve driver-level and kernel-level issues.
- Integrate drivers with embedded platforms and operating systems.
- Conduct system validation and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and application teams.
