TELEOPERADOR PARA CAMPAÑA DE CONTACTADOS MIGRACIONES - PRESENCIAL EN NUESTRA SEDE EN SANTA ANITA ¿QUÉ ES LO QUE REALIZARÉ?
- Contactar a clientes para fidelizarlos y así retenerlos.
- Ofrecer beneficios y ofertas para que puedan MIGRAR de un plan prepago a un plan postpago.
¿CUÁLES SERÁN MIS BENEFICIOS?
- Sueldo básico mensual de S/ 1200 (full-time) S/800 (semi-full)
- Bono de bienvenida S/200
- Bono de permanencia 300 so
- Bono de movilidad 100 soles o 150 soles
- Comisiones ilimitadas
- Capacitaciones cortas y pagadas
- Línea de carrera a partir del 3er mes de gestión dentro del servicio.
¿CUÁLES SERÁ MI HORARIO DE TRABAJO? Semifull
- L-D: 10:00 am a 4:00 pm
- L-D: 11:00 am a 5:00 pm
- L-D: 12:00am a 6:00 pm
- L-D: 1:00 pm a 7:00 pm
- L-D: 2:00 pm a 8:00 pm
- L-D: 3:00 pm a 9:00 pm
- L-D: 4:00 pm a 10:00 pm
Fulltime
- 09AM A 6PM
- 11AM A 8PM
- 12PM A 9PM
- 1PM A 10PM
- Descanso un día ROTATIVO (asignado al término de capacitación)
¿QUÉ REQUISITOS DEBO CUMPLIR? Con o Sin experiencia en call center ventas, retenciones, atención al cliente, entre otros.
- Secundaria completa o estudios técnicos y/o universitarios en curso o culminados
- Conocimientos en Microsoft office nivel usuario
- Disponibilidad para laborar en nuestra sede CÉNTRICA EN SANTA ANITA
