Elevator Technician

About This Role

This role involves the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators across various brands and models. The technician will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation through routine and preventive maintenance, as well as emergency breakdown repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of elevators across multiple brands
• Diagnose elevator faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Carry out emergency breakdown repairs and corrective maintenance
• Inspect elevator components to identify faults and potential safety issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of completed work
• Follow safety procedures, technical standards, and maintenance guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in elevator maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Hands-on experience with different elevator brands and models
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prepare technical and maintenance reports
