Role Overview
The Electronics Engineering Manager will lead and grow an engineering team dedicated to designing next-generation, high-performance audio products. In this position, you will drive engineering excellence, ensuring product designs achieve top-tier quality, optimized manufacturing yields, and field reliability within committed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop electronic engineers across multiple new product development projects to build long-term technical capabilities.
- Oversee and approve electronic system architectures, schematics, PCB layouts, firmware/software integration, and component selection.
- Partner closely with Industrial Design, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and QA teams to deliver products that align with customer specs, target costs, and quality benchmarks.
- Define technical specifications for complete products and electronic components to ensure maximum reliability and manufacturing yield.
- Track development milestones, assembly costs, and budget constraints to maintain strict schedule adherence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a engineering management role.
- Experience in high-quality audio hardware or power supply design is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in end-to-end product development, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and root-cause problem-solving techniques.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Chinese, with fluent Putonghua required.
