Job Scope:
- Carry out field servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical related products.
- Support electrical projects from design and client coordination through installation, commissioning and site implementation.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance and commissioning activities while ensuring safety and technical standards are met.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers and business partners.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records and spare-parts documentation.
- Conduct basic technical training and provide guidance to junior engineers or customers.
- Work with customers to understand technical issues and recommend suitable solutions.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in electrical engineering, field service, maintenance or project engineering.
