About the Job
We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join LAHAV , the Aviation Division’s leading facility, and take part in advanced aerospace projects involving complex electrical and electronic systems.
What the Role Includes:
- Working with electrical, power, RF, and communication systems within aerospace assemblies.
- Preparing engineering documentation and technical work instructions in the electrical domain.
- Monitoring and controlling the production of electrical components and project-specific accessories .
- Managing and implementing electrical design changes , including power, communication, optical systems, and more.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination and management of subcontractors in Israel and abroad .
- Operating an advanced electrical continuity testing system with more than 7,000 test points , including reviewing and approving test deviations when required.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the project.
- Identifying design challenges and providing engineering solutions in collaboration with system engineers from other IAI facilities and external organizations.
- Working directly with the customer during the integration and implementation stages .
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – required.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical systems, power, RF, and communication within the aerospace industry – required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet challenging schedules .
