Role Summary
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the execution, coordination, and quality management of electrical systems during project construction. The role involves managing contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering electrical works safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and commissioning of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, DG sets, UPS systems, and electrical distribution networks.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, installation quality, and project progress.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and commissioning teams for seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Review material submittals, method statements, and testing procedures.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work completion certificates.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in project review meetings.
