About the role
Become part of a well-established manufacturing team where you will be responsible for the assembly and wiring of both routine and specialized industrial control panels. Your Responsibilities
- Construct, wire, and verify industrial control panels by utilizing electrical blueprints and bills of materials
- Manage both recurring panel builds and complex, large-scale projects that involve multi-week wiring timelines
- Install and diagnose issues with motor controls, switches, circuit breakers, and relays
- Assist in maintaining system functionality by working with PLCs and HMIs to provide basic troubleshooting support
- Execute essential mechanical tasks such as mounting hardware and drilling, tapping, or punching holes
- Contribute to the success of field service, commissioning, and electrical diagnostic efforts
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards by utilizing precision measurement equipment
Our Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel construction
- Advanced proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and BOM documentation
- Proven track record in the assembly, wiring, and testing of industrial control systems
- Familiarity with HMI and PLC components, with no requirement for programming expertise
- Help improve project outcomes by leveraging a background in controls, automation, or electrical commissioning
- Demonstrated comfort and capability with physical mechanical assembly tasks
- Help maintain a productive workflow by being able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Shift Details: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation: $28–$35/hour, commensurate with your experience
