Overview
- Manage the design and development process for Electrical & Electronic system for Escooter, Ebike
- Manage design quality, development plan for the EE devices for Escooter, Ebike
- In charge of designing the electrical system structure, integrating EE components for a number of vehicle models being researched
- Analysis, countermeasure, find solution for issues during development for each model.
- Proposal solution for design & BOM cost for EE components
Details
- Design and check the EE component & system for Escooter, Ebike.
- Build technical requirements, technical standards for EE Component & system and the devices in the system for Escooter, Ebike
- Control development plan, design quality for the EE devices in the EE system for Escooter, Ebike
- Analyze & find solution for all EE issues, summarize and report the problems related EE
- Support all other departments as production, Aftersale, quality, SQ… relate EE.
- Coaching and mentoring subordinates at the unit to ensure employees meet competency standards.
- Control design towards cost optimization and ensure product quality
- Save and back up documents in accordance with the company's rules
- Propagate policies and incentives of corporations and companies.
- Assist in compiling User Manuals, Repair Manuals
Requirements
- Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering - Motorcycle.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical systems, electrical control systems, or equivalent.
- Experience in design the power electronics device, such as: ACDC, DCDC, Inverter, Charger, electric motor.
- Knowledge of communication methods CAN, UART, Protocol, Bluetooth, RF, LF ...
- Can use Catia, NX, AutoCAD software, electrical and electronic measuring devices, electrical system simulation software
- Experience in E&E design and integration system and good skill for analysis and solving problem
- English: Fluently 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
