¡ Ejecutivo de ATC Soporte Técnico Empresarial !
LUGAR DE TRABAJO. Portales Nte, Benito Juárez, 03300 Ciudad de México, CDMX.
FUNCIONES:
- Brindar soporte técnico a clientes empresariales resolviendo incidencias y problemas técnicos. Así como mantener comunicación efectiva con el equipo y los usuarios.
OFRECEMOS:
- PAGO BASE MENSUAL $10,300
- BONO DE PRODUCTIVIDAD $2000 hasta los $5000
- PRESTACIONES DE LEY
- CAPACITACIÓN PAGADA
HORARIO.
- Lunes a Domingo
- Turno rolado (10:00 - 6:00 pm y de 2:00 pm a 10:00 pm)
REQUISITOS:
- Bachillerato Concluido.
- Experiencia en call center ATC y/o Soporte técnico
- Conocimientos en PING, TRACERT, ROUTER, CMD, DNS, IP
- No haber laborado para Grupo Salinas. Ni tener adeudos con Banco Azteca
