About This Role

This consultant role involves guiding students through their university decisions, handling feedback from students and parents, and promoting the company's brand through various marketing campaigns. It suits a positive, energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and wishes to develop both counseling and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and assist students in making good university decisions
• Develop and strengthen counseling services
• Follow up on student status
• Handle student and parent feedback to maintain service standards
• Handle and conduct online and offline sales and marketing campaigns such as virtual recruitment events and presentations
• Raise awareness of the Edu4U brand

Requirements

• Able to work at PJ Dataran Sunway
• Diploma/Degree or relevant experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to read, write, and converse in English and Chinese
• Proficient in Malay will be a plus (Optional)
• Able to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing as required by the role
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Positive and energetic
