Education Consultant

About This Role

This role involves student recruitment, admissions, and marketing activities, focused on meeting enrollment targets and ensuring student satisfaction. The Education Consultant will manage student databases, engage with prospective students, and support them through the admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain an accurate database of potential and existing students
• Acquire and apply comprehensive knowledge of the institution's programmes and offerings
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment plans to meet targets
• Conduct cold calls and engage potential leads, ensuring plans are executed daily
• Meet with prospective students to finalise enrollment processes
• Efficiently handle online and walk-in inquiries, focusing on converting potential students into enrollments
• Address and resolve student complaints with appropriate methods and alternative solutions
• Assist students in completing the admission process, including document submission and PTPTN applications
• Provide daily "To Do" lists and performance updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager
• Support students in activating their applications, transitioning to classes, and engaging with the Student Affairs Department when necessary
• Build relationships with current students to encourage referrals and promote student introduction rebates
• Actively participate in marketing and recruitment events to represent the institution effectively
