Role And Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by assessing needs, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring accurate documentation. They evaluate patient responses to interventions, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and promote effective nursing practices to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications And Skills
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse; experience in a clinical specialty is a plus.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, with BLS certification from Red Cross or AHA.
Key Duties
- Review patient conditions and needs to deliver appropriate care.
- Analyze medical history and diagnostic results for care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments effectively.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with standards.
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
