They assist in analyzing patient data to inform medical decisions, implement prescribed interventions, and ensure adherence to protocols for patient safety.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, the RN facilitates effective communication and coordinated care.
They seek guidance from senior medical professionals for complex cases and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include
- An Associate's degree in nursing (required) and a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, including specialty practice as defined by recognized nursing organizations.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
