Registered Nurse (RN)
provides high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Working under general supervision, the role involves coordinating patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care.
- Analyzing medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized care plans.
- Preparing and administering medications and treatments.
- Ensuring medical records are accurate and compliant with standards.
- Evaluating patient responses and adjusting interventions accordingly.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team for effective planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, with BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
