eCommerce Manager

About This Role

This role involves strategically enhancing online presence, optimizing sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for the organization's e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Manager drives growth, performance, and overall success by combining strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee artist webstores, providing guidance to clients on best e-commerce practices and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's D2C and e-commerce operations across the EU region
• Take full responsibility for the online stores, including artist and label stores on Shopify, and their integration with warehouse and ERP systems
• Create and maintain product listings across the stores
• Coordinate and manage the external logistics partner, including daily operational alignment
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate order, shipping, and payment status handling
• Manage and continuously improve customer service processes, including the integration of new systems and tools for more efficient support
• Implement store front-end changes and optimizations
• Administer D2C stock reservations and associated operational workflows
• Serve as the central point of contact for all EU e-commerce daily business

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-Commerce
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
• Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English

• Experience within the music industry
• Proficiency in Shopify and email marketing platforms
