About This Role
This full-time position in Bagumbayan Quezon City Metro Manila involves leading the development and execution of the company's online sales strategy. As a key contributor to digital marketing and sales, you will drive growth and profitability through innovative ecommerce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to increase online sales and improve customer experience
- Manage and optimize the company's ecommerce platforms, including website, online stores, and related digital channels
- Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective digital campaigns and content to drive traffic and conversions
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce function, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
- Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics to measure success and inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ecommerce
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 digital marketing and ecommerce professionals
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven experience working with Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and Shopify platforms
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and technologies, such as website builders, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as social media, email, and search engine optimization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or digital media
