Ecommerce Manager

About This Role

This role involves leading the growth of a premium Swiss kitchenware brand in Japan's e-commerce market. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and expand online sales across major Japanese marketplaces, driving growth through online channels while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and manage annual budgets and sales targets
• Oversee daily operations and performance of domestic e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Japan, Rakuten, and Yahoo! Shopping
• Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns
• Manage website content, product information, and regular site updates
• Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the E-Commerce teams in Switzerland and Portugal
• Prepare reports and business updates for local and global stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management
• Hands-on experience with major Japanese online marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten, and Yahoo! Shopping
• Ability to read and write business emails in English
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have:

• Business-level English communication skills
• Experience working in an international business environment
• Background in consumer goods, lifestyle products, or premium brands is an advantage
