Job Summary
We are hiring an Ecommerce Dispatch Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBA, and Shopify order processing. The role involves managing end-to-end ecommerce dispatch operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and compliance with marketplace standards.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage daily ecommerce dispatch operations across Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify
✔ Handle order processing: picking, packing, labeling, and shipping
✔ Create and manage Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBA consignments
✔ Generate shipment plans, box labels, and FNSKU barcode labeling
✔ Ensure packaging compliance as per marketplace guidelines
✔ Coordinate with warehouse and transporters for timely dispatch
✔ Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and manage delivery timelines
✔ Handle returns (RTO), order issues, and customer-related queries
✔ Maintain inventory records, stock reconciliation, and MIS reporting
✔ Generate invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documentation
Qualifications
✔ Graduate (Commerce, Science, or Arts)
✔ Knowledge of ecommerce operations and warehouse processes
✔ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify
✔ Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations
Experience
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Ecommerce Dispatch / Warehouse Operations (Mandatory)
✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify platforms
✔ Experience in Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBA shipment handling preferred
✔ Knowledge of inventory tracking and logistics coordination
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in high-volume ecommerce order processing
✔ Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach
✔ Ability to handle dispatch pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred
