The Role
As a CNA/HHA, you’ll provide compassionate in-home care and support clients with their daily needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping
- Helping clients maintain their daily routines
- Following the client’s care plan and reporting concerns
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HHA certification
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
