JOB OVERVIEW
Syntax Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow the group`s presence on major e-commerce marketplaces. The role will own marketplace performance, order management, and seller-partner relationships driving online sales growth across Syntax Mart and Syntax Food.
Job Location: Dhaka In-office / Any where in Bangladesh
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce marketplaces
- Upload, update and optimize product listings (pricing, images, descriptions)
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and negotiate campaigns
- Monitor and process orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
- Track marketplace KPIs
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Handle customer queries and complaints raised through marketplace channels
- Analyze competitor pricing and marketplace trends
- Prepare weekly/monthly e commerce sales and performance reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all online storefronts
Educational Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce, Key Accounts, or Online Sales
- Freshers with strong e-commerce/marketplace knowledge may also apply
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills (English + Bangla)
- Comfortable working with data, pricing, and order-tracking systems
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing/social media is a plus
