About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, order management, inventory coordination, promotions, and day-to-day performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, and pricing.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate stock availability across online channels.
- Monitor product and category performance, sales, revenue, and marketplace metrics.
- Manage promotions, discounts, offers, and marketplace campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and online sales.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, offers, and marketplace activities.
- Ensure accurate product information and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
- Support the overall growth strategy for the companys e-commerce business.
Preferred candidate profile
- 13 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online retail, or D2C operations.
- Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
