Implement next-generation process transfer, optimize process recipes, evaluate advanced e-beam tools, and apply image processing to troubleshoot line anomalies and drive yield improvements.

Participate in advanced technology OPC development, build optical models for simulation, analyze distributed computing big data, and integrate generative AI for defect gating and pattern conversion.

Optimize daily production indices, develop factory automation systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency, utilize data analysis to improve workflows and achieve production goals.

Master's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Exhibit good teamwork and open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams.

Good job dedication and working attitude.

Clear logical thinking and fast learner.

Fluent in English speaking.

Data analysis, automation knowledge or Programming skills is a plus.
