Zakres zadań:
- Koordynacja bieżącej realizacji usług transportowych poprzez zapewnienie dostępności niezbędnego taboru oraz optymalne wykorzystanie floty;
- Zapewnienie jakości usług świadczonych klientom poprzez wysokiej jakości współpracę operacyjną z przewoźnikami i kierowcami;
- Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów operacyjnych klientów z uwzględnieniem standardów jakościowych DSV;
- Uczestnictwo w budowaniu kultury Lean;
- Obsługa systemów TMS;
- Identyfikowanie potrzeb jakościowych i operacyjnych klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych oraz proponowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań.
Oczekiwania:
- Otwartość na pracę w systemie trzyzmianowym,
- Znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office (w szczególności MS Excel)
- Efektywne zarządzanie czasem, zasobami i sprzętem,
- Odpowiedzialność za swoje działania i ich rezultaty,
- Szybkie działanie z związku z nieoczekiwanymi wydarzeniami,
- Dostarczanie informacji szybko, rzeczowo i w zrozumiały sposób.
Mile widziane:
- Ukończone studia związane z logistyką i transportem,
- Doświadczenie w pracy w branży logistycznej,
- Prawo jazdy kat. B.
