About the role
Assist customers with shipment and delivery inquiries , including delivered, delayed, undelivered or lost parcels. Support is provided by phone and email.
Key details: Hybrid – approximately 1 week/month in the Sofia office | €1,690 gross/month | Dutch + English | Monday–Saturday, shifts between 08:00–21:00 | 3 weeks training | Starts: 25 September or 9 October. Relocation support is subject to the conditions applicable to hybrid roles.
