Position Summary As a Dutch-speaking Google Ads account manager based in Barcelona, you will help companies across the Netherlands achieve their digital growth objectives. You will oversee account success by delivering tailored onboarding, expanding platform utilization, protecting client retention, and increasing ad spend effectiveness.
Primary Duties
- Onboarding Strategy: Design individualized search and display campaign roadmaps based on new clients' commercial targets.
- Consultative Outreach: Connect directly with executive stakeholders to present data-driven recommendations and ad solutions.
- Campaign Execution: Create, manage, and continuously test Google Ads campaigns, refining ad copy, targeting options, and bid strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor account analytics to isolate key metrics and continuously refine client return on ad spend.
- CRM Records: Keep internal CRM tools current with accurate touchpoint logs and pipeline projections.
- Market Knowledge: Relay Dutch market trends and user behavior patterns to assist internal planning teams.
Applicant Profile
- Language Proficiency: Fluent C1/C2 level Dutch coupled with fluent written and spoken English.
- Professional Background: Prior experience managing B2B relationships, sales funnels, or client portfolios using CRM systems.
- Market Nuance: Strong understanding of Dutch commercial norms, decision-making cycles, and GDPR guidelines.
- Core Capabilities: Strong data analytical skills, persuasive communication, and comfort using modern workplace technology tools.
- Drive: Results-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working toward individual and team KPIs.
