Location: Athens, Greece – Piraeus
Work Model: Remote
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Languages: Dutch – Fluent/Native + English B2+

Salary & Benefits
- €1,300–€1,500 gross/month x 14 salaries, depending on the project

Your Responsibilities
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent , you will:
- Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Dutch
- English B2 or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
Training & Development
You will receive fully paid training before starting the role, followed by a dedicated nesting period to help you transition smoothly into the position.
Regular training sessions, refreshers, and cross-skilling opportunities will allow you to continuously develop your customer service, product knowledge, and sales support skills.
