About the role
- Enforcing Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and national health authority compliance across all operations.
- Managing environmental controis, temperature mapping, and cold chain (2°C-8"C) monitoring systems.
- Supervising incoming shipment inspections, customs clearance documentation, and certificates of analysis (CoAs).
- Maintaining serialized track-and-trace systems to safeguard supply chain integrity and prevent counterfeit entry.
- Directing quarantine protocols, product recall procedures, and proper disposal of damaged or expired pharmaceuticals.
- Authorizing batch releases and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Overseeing high-security vault storage, double-custody access, and strict ledger tracking for controlled substances.
- Conducting internal audits and preparing the facility for regulatory and client inspections.
- Collaborating with suppliers, logistics partners, and health authorities to maintain seamless import and distribution.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
