Job Description:

As a DRM and PAM Engineer (m/f/diverse), you will support Continental’s Digital Rights Management and Privileged Access Management services. You will help protect Microsoft 365 content and ensure privileged accounts are managed securely and in line with required standards. The ideal candidate has basic DRM and PAM knowledge and is motivated to grow further in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DRM and PAM infrastructure in line with Continental’s incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Administer Microsoft Purview, Azure Key Vault, and on-premises PAM infrastructure, BeyondTrust.
• Troubleshoot DRM and PAM issues with internal specialists, external partners, and vendors to minimize service impact.
• Monitor encryption events, support data lifecycle management and archiving, and maintain sensitivity labels and Sensitive Information Types.
• Maintain DRM and PAM documentation and support compliance with relevant regulations and content protection standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and automation of processes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience with DRM or PAM technologies, including Microsoft Purview Information Protection, PAM tools, encryption, key management, and/or Azure Key Vault; and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge and experience with scripting and automationwithPowerShell or Python is a must.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols, Windows/Linux servers, and Active Directory isa plus.
• Relevant certifications in DRM, content protection, or Privileged Access Management are a plus.
• Previous experience in complex IT Infrastructure environments; collaboratingwith distributed international teams and being part ofproject teams.
• Communication, analytical, reliable, autonomous, and team-oriented working style.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken / min. B2.
