The Drafter produces the drawing set behind every foodservice project, including equipment plans, elevations, sections, and utility rough-in drawings. This role works from designer markups, project documents, and established company drawing standards to turn design intent into accurate, buildable, and consistently formatted documents that contractors install from and inspectors approve. Precision is paramount, as a small dimensional error on a drawing can lead to significant issues on the jobsite later.
