About This Role

Responsibilities
- Study and understand architectural designs in detail and accurately
- Create detailed working drawings based on architectural concepts and designs, including:
- Architecture: layout, sections, elevations, door/window details, etc.
- Structure: foundations, sloof, columns, beams, ring beams, stairs, etc.
- MEP: electrical lines, clean and dirty water installations, lighting points, switches, etc.
- Revise working drawings based on input from superiors and field conditions
- Conduct field surveys to adjust working drawings to existing conditions
- Ensure that drawings circulated to the field team are the latest version (document revision control)
- Communicate continuously with field supervisors regarding working drawing interpretation
- Ensure that the working drawings have perfect details (revision number, scale, drawing title, sheet numbering, etc.)
- Organize and manage drawing files in a neat and easily traceable folder system
- Create initial building layouts based on architectural design concepts (room function, circulation, light, etc.)
Requirements
- D3 or S1 degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Proficient in High Rise building structures and architecture
- Experience in High Rise projects
- Possess a portfolio of previous work
- Understand SNI construction standards
- Willing to work in the field
- Able to use Autocad and SketchUp
- Able to create shop drawings
- Creative, imaginative, communicative, detailed, and honest
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
