About This Role
This engineering role seeks a skilled C# Developer to join a dynamic team, building high-performance applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain robust software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies
- Design and implement APIs, services, and backend components
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects
- Follow coding standards and participate in peer code reviews
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design decisions
- Maintain clear documentation throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–8 years of experience in software development using C# and .NET
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
- Object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
- RESTful APIs and microservices
- SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
- High sense of ownership and accountability
Nice to have:
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API
- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or ORM tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
- Background in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest
