EXPERIENCE
Required
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years building enterprise applications with C# and
.NET.
• 3+ years serving as a hands-on technical lead while remaining actively involved in coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and
delivery.
• Deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, asynchronous development, dependency injection, testing, and modern .NET
practices.
• Hands-on AWS development experience across serverless, containers, APIs, storage, databases, monitoring, identity, and
secrets.
• Experience implementing event-driven systems using EventBridge, SNS, SQS, queues, or comparable messaging
technologies.
• Extensive experience developing and consuming REST APIs, SOAP web services, and enterprise application interfaces.
• Strong experience with ODBC connectivity, SQL, relational databases, and production data integrations.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, observable, highly available distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, deployment support, and production incident response.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers through hands-on collaboration.
• Experience using AI-assisted and agentic programming tools responsibly within the software development lifecycle.
Preferred
• AWS Developer, Solutions Architect, or comparable cloud certification.
