Domestic Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions across IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Perform effective sourcing through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal databases, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screening (technical & behavioral) to ensure candidate suitability for C2H roles.
• Manage high-volume hiring with a strong focus on quality submissions and quick closures.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and ensure smooth offer and onboarding processes.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to minimize dropouts.
• Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and onboards and meet monthly targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring C2H requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 - 4 years of experience in C2H / Contract Staffing / IT Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and screening for C2H positions.
• Good understanding of contract hiring models, payroll companies, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills with candidates and vendors.
• Experience working with MSP / Direct client / Vendor models is an added advantage.
• Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
