Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant managers to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, cleanliness, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Supervise manager responsibilities such as forecasting, scheduling, procurement and inventory control.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing performance metrics and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and execute district-wide sales strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal guests, fostering strong community relationships.
- Supervise hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of restaurant teams to cultivate high-performing, engaged staff.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize revenue while maintaining quality standards.
- Support project management efforts for new store openings or renovations, ensuring timely execution aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong background in sales growth and business development strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations effectively through excellent organizational skills.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives.
