District Manager Real Estate Financing

About This Role

This role involves advising clients on real estate financing, planning and selling financial solutions, and acquiring new customers within a designated district. It suits an independent individual with a strong sales affinity and entrepreneurial spirit, working in cooperation with local savings banks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on products including building savings, financing, sustainable modernization, and old-age provision
• Plan and sell financing solutions to customers
• Acquire new customers and actively work within your district
• Accompany the entire building savings and financing process and cooperate with local savings banks
• Act as an independent agent and work autonomously

Requirements

• Commercial training in banking, real estate, or insurance
• Alternatively, professional experience in the financial services industry
• Alternatively, a successfully completed degree or experience from a degree in business administration or finance
• Strong sales affinity, preferably with experience in customer consulting
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated
• Optimistic and entrepreneurial in achieving your goals

• Contract: self-employed according to §84 HGB
