Snarf's Sandwiches, founded in Boulder Colorado in 1996, is a family owned, fast-casual gourmet sandwich shop, with over 50 locations across St. Louis, Colorado, and Texas, that gives customers a unique dining experience with exceptional customer service.
We are growing & seek to hire a passionate, hands-on District Manager to lead 7 restaurant locations and develop high-performing teams. If you're an experienced restaurant leader who thrives on coaching people, driving results, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
Salary:
$75,000-$80,000 + bonus and health benefits
What You'll Do
- Lead and support 7 General Managers, helping them run great restaurants and grow their teams
- Coach, develop, and mentor General Managers and the restaurant team
- Set clear expectations and hold your restaurants accountable for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Drive sales, profitability, staffing, and labor performance
- Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders
- Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational audits, and performance reviews
- Foster a positive, respectful, and fun culture where employees can succeed
- Keep communication flowing across the restaurants as well as with management
What We're Looking For
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills and organizer who thrives on the floor, not just behind a desk
- Proven ability to build and develop successful teams
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financials, labor management, and guest service
- Proficiency in Toast POS, R365, excel & word
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel daily between restaurant locations.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience of multi-location restaurant management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
