District Manager

About This Role

This role involves overseeing multiple Pinkbox Doughnuts locations, focusing on customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational efficiency. The District Manager ensures that all shops within their district meet company standards and maintain a positive, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple stores and shop managers
• Ensure all products meet company standards
• Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor
• Serve as a role model for the team
• Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the shop
• Manage, execute, and delegate daily functions of the shop
• Understand production and oversee the back-of-house area as needed
• Have safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids, and discounts
• Ensure sanitation practices are used in handling and preparing food in the back-of-house area
• Ensure all safety and security policies are followed as set by the Company
• Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are met
• Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory
• Conduct and attend regular manager meetings, communicating store success or areas of improvement
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the shop

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in restaurant industry leadership
• At least 4 years managing multiple locations
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions
• Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies

Important Details

• Schedule: early mornings, late evenings, weekends and all holidays; additional opening/closing responsibilities
