This position is based at the Paulding County Health Department in Dallas, Georgia, but will require traveling to Haralson and Polk County Health Departments as needed. This position is an unclassified, full-time position working 40 hours per week. Please complete your online application with current and previous employment details and duties.

Job Responsibilities
Under supervision, performs advanced nursing functions and healthcare services in specialized areas. Primarily assigned to Family Planning and Women's Health Programs but may see patients in other programs/services. Operates under the nurse protocol agreement with delegating physician, conducts complete physicals, provides treatment, and counsels clients. May prescribe medication in some cases.
Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and/or other education requirements approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing and certification in the specialty area(s) approved by Georgia Board of Nursing and Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse and Georgia license as an APRN and CPR certification.
